MV POWER CABLES

3.3Kv to 33Kv Grade- (BASEC/KEMA/CPRl/ERDA tested) three core Copper / Aluminium Conductor,Conductor screened with extruded semi-conducting compound, XLPE Insulated, insulation screened with semiconducting compound in combination with copper tape (0.3 KA for One Sec.), PVC ST2/FR/FRLSH/LSZH Inner Sheathed armoured/ GI Steel (Aluminium in case of single core) FLAT/Round Armoured and Overall PVC ST2/ FR/ FRLSH/ LSZH sheathed cable conforming to IS:7098/ll/85, IEC 60502-2/ BS 7835 From sizes 35 sq.mm to 1200 Sq.mm, above cables can be supplied with lead sheath whenever required.

 

MV SINGLE CORE POWER CABLES

2 core to 61 core x 0.50 sq.mm to 4 sq.mm, 2 core to 4 core from 6 sq.mm to 120 sq.mm in class 5 copper conductors with different insulation and sheathing properties.

SINGLE CORE DC SOLAR CABLES (SINGLE CORE 2.5 SQ.MM TO 300 SQ.MM)

Type 1 : Class 5 ATC copper conductor, insulated and sheathed with Electron beam XLPO confirming to TUV approved standard EN-50618. Type 3 : Class 5 Base copper conductor, XLPE insulated and PVC UV stabilized Sheathed.

CO AXIAL CABLES

Range : RG 59 F, RG 6 F & RG 11 F with copper/ CCS conductor, nitrogen gas injected polyethylene foam insulated, bonded aluminium foil laminated, al-alloy braided, water resistant jelly flooded, weather resistant PVC sheathed, 75Ω low loss co-axial cable for DTH and CATV application.

TELEPHONE CABLES

Range : 1 pair to 100 pair x 0.40 mm,0.50 mm and 0.63 mm in a solid bare conductor with HDPE insulation and flame retardant jacketing having low cross talk and attenuation.

LAN CABLES

Range : CAT 5E & CAT 6 – twisted pair, insulated with high-quality polyethylene and unshielded light gray PVC jacket with improved fire retardant properties, low attenuation, and cross talk and low structural return loss.

SPEAKER CABLES

Range : twin parallel 23/36, 23/38, 40/36 and 40/38 – Polycab provides speaker cables with high-quality oxygen-free copper conductor ensuring excellent sound quality for your expensive sound system. Selecting the right gauge, length and type of speaker wire for your system helps to avoid a mismatch with your sound system.
